Enhanced attachments in the V6 Operator Application include adding tags to photos that pull the images directly into the report builder application.
The Operator Toolkit eliminates the need to install the QATrax client on workstations. Instead, this allows users to login into QATrax through their browser, the same as the QATrax Requestor application. Additionally, Test Operators can use IOS and Android Devices to access QATrax in the lab.

Using the Work Request Form Builder Module, Work Request Managers can customize the Create Work Request form to include the specifics of their organization requests. This eliminates the need to engage TraxStar for customization services by empowering the users to make their changes beyond the default form and gain more control by requiring crucial information from requestors before issuing a work request ID.
Users can search for existing Test Units or Test Unit Groups or add new ones to request test methods. Customers can create EUT templates using the Configuration Manger Module with specific components and parameters unique to their product lines. Requestors then populate these parameters when adding new units to the system.
Requestors can create new versions of units when components and/or parameters are changed. Customers then can see which versions were associated with any specific work order.
Enhanced Work Order Notes allow more accessible communication with lab management and operators and are saved and time-stamped with the work order.
